Payments: All services are pre-paid except when otherwise arranged. Method of payment: will be advised. Bank expenses or charges, must be paid by sender.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation expenses will be charged according to the hotels’ cancellation policies. All bookings cancelled within a week before passengers’ arrival are subject to fees plus hotel charges, if any.
Bookings: All bookings must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24hs or less.
Vouchers: We will provide valid vouchers that passengers can show to hotels and service providers.
Legal Taxes & Tips: In a few cities in Brazil, a hotel “room tax” is applicable (US$ 3.00 for 5* hotels, US$2.00 for 4* hotels and US$1.50 for 3* hotels) per room per night at their criteria; this charge can be paid directly by the travelers or charged to the booking agent. Airport tax is approximately USD 30 for international flights or USD 7 for domestic flights. A customary luggage tip is USD 1 per suitcase.
Responsibility: Brazil Ecotravel subcontracts the services of several suppliers such as transportation companies, hotels, etc. having no direct responsibility for delays, bad services, guides, airlines or cancellations due to weather conditions or other external problems beyond our control. Our suppliers are insured according to Brazilian government requirements.
